Candidate should have approx 5 years of software development experience into JAVA/J2EE & Alfresco, J2EE Architecture, Design and Development experience. He must be well versed with HL and LL Designing. He must have experience in implementing solutions on ECM and Alfresco, content management products (i.e. developing custom wizard, custom form, custom module, advanced search customization for Alfresco)
Sr. Manager Business Development should have approx 6 to 7 years of experience in enterprise solution selling. He is key responsible person whose prime duty is to generate sales for organization, team members and self. Apart from this his core duty covers making a strong, positive brand image, developing lasting relations with clients and supporting other business functions when ever required.
Candidate must have hands on experience in developing enterprise applications using J2EE frameworks including spring and Hibernate. Candidate must be ready to work on Liferay and Alfresco framework.
Candidate to have Passion in learning new technologies and be able to manage working in agile mode. Applicant must be able to Simplify Complex Tasks and Coding Challenges Efficient Logging, Quality unit Tests with Good Troubleshooting.
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
